Relocate or Service a Window Air Conditioning Unit in 60615
I asked them to remove a heavy window air-conditioning unit from its window and transport it to the basement.
They came on time.
They called one hour before they came, as promised.
They discovered the unit had been screwed in the window frame by the installers, as was not expected. They had to cut the side panels. They explained what they were doing. They worked at at brisk pace.

HUMIDIFIER INSTALL. I submitted this request online LATE Friday night (around midnight). I got a call from Chris (First Global HVAC) at 8am. He gave an estimate over the phone without coming out. I had another guy call me back about noon, who actually did come over and gave me an estimate that same day. Although I didn't like that he didn't come over to give an estimate, he had great reviews, and his price was SO competitive I went with Chris and I'm glad I did. He was professional (made suggestions other guy missed) and punctual (requested Friday, installed by Sunday). Only criticism: estimate was 2 hrs, but took 4. Would recommend/use again
