I highly recommend Integrity. I would have given Tom and Integrity 5 stars except for a small issue with staffing. Since it’s a new company, Tom was the only full time service person during my installation. He was able to get help when he could but when he couldn’t he was here working on his own. We did have bids from larger companies one was from the company I normally deal with. Price, equipment, and timing of work were similar with the other bids, but I wasn’t getting the same feel for customer service that I did with Tom. I’m very happy with the work we had done and I would (and will be) using Integrity again.

Tom was very responsive, however his plumbing supplier (APR) told him that the Insinkerator model we needed was on backorder from their supplier... delivery was not expected until after the holidays. So, I ordered the unit on the internet. Reading the installation instructions when it arrived, we decided that we could do the replacement work ourselves. Tom was very gracious even tho' we would not be needing his services.
