Joe was very helpful and he wanted and was very thourgh as he inspected the heating and air conditioning ducts of our home. Joe was careful not to dirty our floors by covering his shoes. Joe conveyed the message that he was "really" concerned with our problem. Joe will be called in the Spring to come back and check out our cooling unit for the season. Thank you, Joe!
