We are first-time homeowners and we are so happy to have found John. John serviced our heat pump, educated us about the right thermostat to use (and installed it), cleaned out our dryer duct and fixed our faulty hot water heater thermostat, all within just a few hours and for a very reasonable price. He even took time (on his own dme) to try to figure out a mysterious leak below our kitchen sink and our squeaky dryer. I would highly recommend John and I look forward to having him come out twice a year for our seasonal tune-ups. Thanks John!
