Beau is a very honest hard working guy that helped me get my air ducts clean and cost effective. He also went out of his way to explain to me what he was doing and why. He took the extra time to give me advice on my furnace issues. Not only would I recommend Autumn Air, but I really wouldn't understand why you wouldn't use him as it was a pleasure dealing with someone with ethics and morals. Sometimes its hard to come by these days.

Beau was friendly, prompt and delivered a high quality service for much less money than the other companies which I contacted. Even when he needed to reschedule an appointment, he contacted me well ahead of time and let me know about the delay. He then appeared at the new time, on time. I would strongly recommend him.

I think the communication was done well. He had missed the original date that he was going to come do the duct cleaning but he did call and we rescheduled. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with I thought the air would smell cleaner and fresher it was more like a burnt dust.
