Install or Replace a Heat Pump in 97305
Very professional, sold us what we needed at a fair price. Revealed the ideas of obtaining too big of a system just to get reabates and that the rebates were no longer available due to changes in the minimum ratings. Also, salesman explained that the supplier could place a liens on our home and then explained Sears took that liabilty. We had no idea that liens could be placed on our home if the contractor did not pay his supplier!

Install or Replace a Heat Pump in 97330
Mr. Stephens was here for the entire installation which was done in one day. We had one small problem with a leak, actually an overflow problem, which Mr. Stephens came out immediately and repaired.
We're very well satisfied with the equipment, it is very quiet, and it appears that it has reduced our kilowatt usage significantly.
I would recommend Stephens Heating and Air Conditioning without any qualifications.

Install a Central Air Conditioning System in 97064
Sears just contracted it out to someone else and never followed up. Next time I'll just find a reputable local contractor.
