First off, one of the senior HVAC guys called me and tried to walk me through ideas on how to fix my problem so they didnt have to charge me a trip fee. I thought that was great. We couldnt figure it out so they sent someone on-site. He re-wired my furnace (Which is what I did as well) and somehow it worked.......but only for about 2 weeks. I had to call them back to fix the problem again. they waived the trip fee and hourly wage for the first visit - real commendable.
The second tech really knew what he was doing. He found a couple of problems and re-wired my humidifier (the right way). I was extremely pleased with his service.

The job started on the scheduled time, took 2 to 3 hours (I wasn't timing it) to complete. Finished a couple of weeks ago, and I'm very pleased with the result. The house is steadily warmer now that it was with the old furnace, and the timer works fine. I turn the temp down for sleeping hours. All works great.
