We had them install a humidifier on the furnace. The guy arrived on time, and that was good. But he didn't do a very neat job -- the plastic piping laying on the floor to the drain. Because that drain doesn't work, it caused a little flood. We called and reported the problem, and the piping was then installed to the ceiling, coming down to the laundry tub. That works (and looks) much better work and we haven't had a problem since. Price was fine, and they kept to the estimate. It doesn't cost anything for them to come out again.

I think the communication was done well. He had missed the original date that he was going to come do the duct cleaning but he did call and we rescheduled. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with I thought the air would smell cleaner and fresher it was more like a burnt dust.
