From the first phone call this company is very professional. they explained how they clean the ducts and the price was really reasonable. The service man, David called 15 minutes before he arrived, which I found very helpful. David was very professional and friendly throughout the process. The process DR Air Care uses is clean; you'd never know they were in your home except for the clean ducts and intake system.
I will be telling my family and friends about this service. I am not worried about turning on the furnace for the first time in my rental home. The landlord even agreed to pay for the service.
