The company called the morning before the appointment and advised they needed to change the date due to an emergency. I appreciated the fact that they called as soon as they knew there would be a problem so I didn't waste time waiting for someone to show up. We rescheduled the appointment and the mechanic was right on time. He worked efficiently and neatly, explained his findings and what he was doing and left everything in good order. The pricing was exactly what they had told me - no hidden items.

They were able to fit this small job (installing a dryer vent from basement to outdoors) into their schedule about a week from initial 50% payment. Would use them again.
