Jim was very thorough and took the time to explain to us everything he was doing while installing our whole house humidifier. He also assisted us when we had trouble with our furnace. We will be using Extreme Comfort again in the near future for a large project!

My expectations were certainly exceeded. Jim was the only company that actually came out to take a look before giving us a quote. He discovered that our 2.5 year old furnaces were filled with dry wall dust because the contractor who finished our basement did not properly protect them. Jim really went above and beyond cleaning our furnaces before installing the humidifiers. A couple hour job turned into a half day job and Jim stayed until 9 pm Sat night to finish the job. He was also neat, polite and very informative. I will use this company again!
