My email was responded to almost immediately, he offered me suggestions on what I should check to see if it was really a problem with my water heater . He came out to assess within an hour, no charge for this even if I chose not to hire him. He was very professional answered all my questions, gave me options, I hired him, he came back later in the day and replaced my water heater. I felt very lucky to have hired such a professional and I am greatful that about a week before my water heater broke I received and email from servicemagic that I saved for what I thought might be a rainy day. They were very prompt and courteous in making a visit to inspect the water heater. Work was done quickly and in a professional manner. There was no pressure to sell me the job and billing was done in a business like manner. Money was not collected by the technician. An invoice was mailed later.
