Al called me right away. I explained to him that I needed a new furnace and a thermostat. He installed both right away. He and his associate were professional in every aspect of the job. They quoted me a price that I felt was very fairand they arrived on time. Because of carpet being installed at the same time, they were sensitive to my property in moving around the house to check my radiators. True gentlemen. Tom was very responsive, however his plumbing supplier (APR) told him that the Insinkerator model we needed was on backorder from their supplier... delivery was not expected until after the holidays. So, I ordered the unit on the internet. Reading the installation instructions when it arrived, we decided that we could do the replacement work ourselves. Tom was very gracious even tho' we would not be needing his services.
