Zak, the service mgr. at Donnelly, is very polite and informative. Tom in the office was great to work with also! Tom gave me options to save some money, worked with me on scheduling very well and the crew showed up when they said they would and completed the furnace replace in one day.
Did have a minor call back issue, which was responded to quickly and fixed right away!
I plan to use them again and will call them to replace my upstairs furnace in the spring!
