The people who installed the new air conditioner were excellent and very clean left no mess. They made sure everything was working correctly. The only problem was with the office manager not calling back I had to call numerous times instead of him returning my calls.

The technician arrived a couple of hours after my initial call which was even earlier than they had estimated. He was courteous and efficient in his analysis of the problem which he fixed immediately (an apparently unusual case of wiring which had worked its way loose) and pointed out another issue which was likely to become a problem if ignored. I decided to go ahead and get that fixed so as to hopefully avoid having to call them out again. The cost of the visit itself seemed very reasonable but of course the costs mounted up somewhat with the parts which I decided to have replaced. All in all I was very pleased with the service.
