Jim was very prompt in initiating the call and then do the necessary follow up. Upon my explanation of what I was looking for he offered his free second opinion visit with absolutely no sales pitch. After concurring with the original diagnosis he beet the original estimate by over $100.00 and fixed the problem. And then he did the follow up after 2 days to make sure everything was working fine.

I felt that the service was excellent in many ways. In my initial contact, there was an immediate response to assess the situation. As a woman, I particularly appreciated the fact that he was in no way sexist - Jim, the technician, listened to my concerns,was knowledgeable about heating options, responded to my questions with facts and figures, and provided options that were very appropriate and workable so that I could make an informed decision.
