Install an Electrical Baseboard or Wall Heater in 98498
They were very fast and timely, however, since they completed last week I have found there is a problem with the installation. I need a revisit.
The return to complete the installation was timely and swift. However, they left without capping the water drain line which started leaking on the floor as soon as the furnace started. I am still awaiting a final inspection by the city inspector. Please send a new update next week.

Because I have had such good luck with Servicemagic, I thought I would go with their choices again. Dicks Heating and Air customer service was very nice to deal with right from the beginning. They were able to schedule accordingly for my busy schedule (not theirs). This is a real plus in my book. The names of the two individuals that came out from the company were Greg, and Vince. Both did an excellent job, and are well trained; very professional, and experienced as well. I would like to further single out Greg as a very adept and well seasoned technician. Dick's Heating and AC was absolutely the right choice. Thank you Servicemagic!!!

They were great. The lady on the phone was wonderful (I think her name was Pam) and the man that came to fix my heat was prompt, friendly and professional.
