The office called promptly and with some prompting agreed to negotiate a fixed rate for the visit and possible R-22 up to a certain amount. Talked personally with the owner Dave Goodenough and he was very sincere and interested in helping the consumer. Local long term company involved in community activities. Service rep Johnny was timely and professional, explained everything and kept his word on the fixed price. A/C has worked great for 2 weeks now. What a refreshing change after getting ripped off last year by two other companies! One Hour Air gets an A+ for great service, price, honesty and integrity. Thanks guys!
