Tom was very responsive, however his plumbing supplier (APR) told him that the Insinkerator model we needed was on backorder from their supplier... delivery was not expected until after the holidays. So, I ordered the unit on the internet. Reading the installation instructions when it arrived, we decided that we could do the replacement work ourselves. Tom was very gracious even tho' we would not be needing his services.

My email was responded to almost immediately, he offered me suggestions on what I should check to see if it was really a problem with my water heater . He came out to assess within an hour, no charge for this even if I chose not to hire him. He was very professional answered all my questions, gave me options, I hired him, he came back later in the day and replaced my water heater. I felt very lucky to have hired such a professional and I am greatful that about a week before my water heater broke I received and email from servicemagic that I saved for what I thought might be a rainy day. It was easy to use, it gave me guidance in selection
