Robert Kennedy (the owner) gave a great quote. Most others did not inspect as thoroughly. I have a split system in a home built in 1955 in S. Land Park. Robert inspected the entire system, type of grates on the registers, number of returns, and recommended a very affordable and dependable Ruud system. His foreman (Steve) made excellent recommendations to correct my family room that was not receiving enough air-flow. They installing an additional register in the family room, enlarged the return in the hallway and most of all... it's quiet! They submitted my rebates so quickly I got SMUD $500 in 2 weeks and PG&E $300 in 1 week. Love 'em!
