Service Doctors called to offer their services before I was even off the phone with Servicemagic who called me! They were so quick to respond and got the needed part for my furnace repair and were back within a reasonable time frame as promised. The repair was done efficiently and well and I think at a fair price.

The salesman was very knowledgable and willingly shared information above and beyond what we asked. He made sure we were completely informed on all our options before we made a decision about what system to install. And although he offered a couple of additional features, he did not pressure us into anything we didn't want. He also advised us of the Virginia rebate offer -- which we would otherwise have not been aware of -- and provided us the URL to apply for it.
The installers arrived on time, but brought the wrong equipment with them. Once that was straightened out, they worked diligently for 10 hours to ensure we had heat.

They were able to come out the same day and provided a free estimate. After receiving other estimates for the same service, they were still the best price. The installer showed up on time and was very professional. I will call Service Doctors next time without any hesitation.
