Austin called within minutes of my Servicemagic request (not just emailed) and arrived the same day. He thoroughly checked my furnace, provided some recommendations, yet did not charge me for his services. The reason? He was not able to definitively determine the cause of my furnace's early morning quick cycling behavior. He made a follow up phone call two days later, I reported that suprisingly, the morning after his visit the furnace began working fine again.
I would definately call on Austin for any future furnace issues and refer him to others. Integrity in business is rare.

I contacted several contractors to come look at my furnace that needed replacing. Apollo Aire came out that evening to look at my system. What service! They needed a little extra time to finish their Friday job so they came out on Saturday to finish up. Again what service! The main selling point for me was their price. No one even came close to their price. NO ONE! Professional and friendly. Thanks Apollo Aire!!!

Repair or Service a Heat Pump in 95662
The diagnostic service was thorough and very affordable. They really went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of on a holiday weekend! We were able to get back into our house for the weekend with heat!
