Very knowledgable. Fair and upfront with pricing....doesn't nickle and dime you for everything. Includes Labor Waranty in pricing....which all the others try to sell you extra. Prompt installation. Handles all paper work for Waranty and Tax Credit but have to wait 2 weeks after installation to get it.

JRB H&C was very prompt, professional, and fair. They explained my options in detail and allowed me to choose what best worked for me. They didn't nickel & dime me for small changes in the scope of the work (they had to cut into the ducts because the original installer did not use an access panel for the a-coil). They made efforts to minimize their impact on the house by wearing cotton shoe coverings, cleaning up everything upon completion, and avoiding my other project areas (I was painting baseboards while they worked). Additionally, they checked the CO levels the furnace expelled and left me with options to consider for the future.
