You were prompt with the service. The only thing I would recommend for improvement is: I was expecting a call from the technician on what the problem was on my rental unit but never received a call on cost for repair or what was wrong. I just received a bill in the mail.
My tenant was pleased with the technician and the work.
I would recommend your company again but a little more communication on cost and problem would be appreciated next time.

Our Air went out on Sat, and John actually called on Sat and set up a time for Monday. His first look indicated a fan motor problem and quoted a price. After picking up the part he found it was just a capacitor problem and indicated so and charged just for that problem. Very professional, honest and on time, I would use him again!!

I had no idea what the cost of my plumbing project would be. They gave me an estimate that was much higher than I had anticipated. I'm sure there estimate was reasonable, but because of the cost I decided not to do it.
