Rick called within 2 minutes of my entry on Service Magic and setup an appointment for later in the afternoon. When he arrived he was courteous and professional as he diagnosed the failed AC (motor start capacitor), replaced the failed part with a new capacitor and got the system running again within 15 minutes of his arrival.
I will definitely use Gas Service of Merrimack again.

Bill McGinley not only responded the day I made the call for service, but he was able to fix the problem on the spot. The problem with the central A/C had been unresolved for almost two weeks. He was professional and ensured that the system was working before he left the job. Nice work!
