I was very happy with Swan's overall service, but I was NOT happy with what they charged me! When I spoke with Jessica over the phone I asked her what the minimum fee was and she said it starts at $49. I am not sure if she misunderstood the question or what, but if I would have known they were going to charge me a minimum charge fee of $189, I would have never gone with them. Then they charged a $49 diagnostic fee also, for a total of $238. My mom had a local company do the EXACT same thing to her A/C about two weeks earlier and was charged a $89 service fee and $20 for a pound of freon for a total of $109. I was SHOCKED!!

Came out a day ahead of scheduled appointment. Friendly/courteous representative. Knowledgeable. A little misquote by head office on freon additional cost. Checked out an older unit finding/fixing a few leaks. Overall, happy with work and would recommend.
