He arrived on time, and then quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. I don't think I needed the demonstration on how to clean the coil with the water hose for the hourly rate he was charging, and I think maybe it was to add time to the job, although it needed to be done. It was a bit more pricey than I thought it would be, but it was fixed properly.

Jason was friendly and prompt when coming for an initial inspection. He offered a free estimate and returned the next day to make the repairs. Unfortunately, there was more damage than he originally thought. He informed me of this and walked me through my options for contacting my insurance company to cover the repairs.
