Call & talk to Ken, he'll listen & advise. He'll come out & take a look & let you know what he recommends and explain why. He's an upfront guy, not an alarmist. He was on time, courteous, explained in user-friendly terms, and charged reasonable prices.
I used another company that wanted to tear down my walls and run new lines & charged me an outrageous amount of money for testing my lines. Ken's work was less invasive and more measured in keeping with the problem. I highly recommend Qualified Service Systems. I will call him to do a tune-up for my A/C every year, to get me ready for our S.FL. summer.

Suntech called right away, came over the same day, and when it was determined that we needed a new air conditioning system - which they showed us all the reasons (ours was 16 years old), they gave us a very reasonable price for a well-rated system. The following day the new system was installed, very good job, and has been working excellently ever since. Very polite, explained everything, right on time - couldn't ask for better service!
