Called on a Saturday to make an appointment for the following week. The technician came 1/2 hour later. He fixed the problem quickly and gave good suggestions for the future (our A/C unit is pretty old). He was very knowledgeable. However, we thought that the rate was a little bit expensive as he charged us an emergency rate. We coud hire him again but we would problably shop around first next time.

I am very satisfied. A1 Air came when they said they would (on Saturday!). He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He returned on time on the scheduled day and quickly made the repair with no problems. The price was reasonable and they were very polite. What more can you ask for?
