I feel like they bent over backwards to determine the issue, even after I called them several times to verify what they thought it was. To make me comfortable, they sent out another technician to my house to make me feel comfortable about the issue. The talked me though the whole process, and made sure we were comfortable with the cost and the solution. Friendly and came on time. Unit is working now, but if it seems to not be again they'll come out again for free-1 year warranty on all labor. Pricing seemed fair.
