They responded to my request almost instantly and were able to schedule an appointment the next day. They were professional and direct. I believe they were quite honest in the root of the problem and the associated cost; however, given that I know nothing about HVAC, I wouldn't know. The gentleman that was here offered tips for cleaning my a/c unit and maintenance of my furnace which I really appreciated. I didn't shop around so I don't know how fair the cost was, but it did seem fair though the part was more expensive that I thought it should be - again, though, it likely was a valid cost.
