The service was prompt. The serviceman spent time explaining rountine maintenance to perform on my own to save money. It took a little longer than I thought it would, but he took the time to also look over my home's breaker box as well as the AC unit.

The technician (Justin) diagnosed the problem promptly, corrected the problem, and got our system back in operation in no time... It has been working fine ever since. Justin was good at explaining any questions, and definitely worked to solve the existing problem without trying to sell me on a bunch of additional services. I would not hesitate to recommend Carlson Services to others.
