Technician got to the house promptly, identified one of the issues which entailed replacing the capacitor and fan motor and made sure unit was running when he left. Unit stopped running again a couple of days later and they were there withing 2 hours looking at the unit again. They identified a couple of other issues which were caused a fuse to blow, serviced those and the unit has been running well since. I really appreciated the timliness and honesty of the guys that came out.

Came out a day ahead of scheduled appointment. Friendly/courteous representative. Knowledgeable. A little misquote by head office on freon additional cost. Checked out an older unit finding/fixing a few leaks. Overall, happy with work and would recommend.
