The repair man man showed up 5 minutes earlier than his scheduled time. He found the furnace problem quickly, and replaced an inexpensive part. When asked if he could recharge our air conditioner while he was there, he said "sure'". Both services took less than an hour, and there was no extra charge for time due to the second request.
The contractor was very friendly, effiecient, and competent. I would gladly recommend them in the future.

The service was prompt. The serviceman spent time explaining rountine maintenance to perform on my own to save money. It took a little longer than I thought it would, but he took the time to also look over my home's breaker box as well as the AC unit.

Carlson Services was able to get a technician to our place on the same day that we called with the problem. The technician (Justin) diagnosed the problem promptly, corrected the problem, and got our system back in operation in no time... It has been working fine ever since. Justin was good at explaining any questions, and definitely worked to solve the existing problem without trying to sell me on a bunch of additional services. I would not hesitate to recommend Carlson Services to others.
