Phil was prompt in responding to the service call. He not simply stated his service charge, Phil asked a number of questions first to try to see what the service maybe required. Phil also provided information I was not aware of when it came to getting the air conditioner unit replaced or repaired. I ended up having to get a whole new unit. Very reasonly priced. Phil made it a point to call over the weekend to ensure the unit was working probably and that there were no issues or problems. I highly recommend Pleasant Air to others and will continue to use for annual maintainence service. I will also use Servicemagic in the future.
