Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System in 76020
The technican came out on a holiday weekend, and even drove back to his place of business to attempt to find a part that he did not have with him in his van. Even though he could not find the part he needed he got our a/c up and running. It was much appreciated on a 92 degree day. When the part arrived several days later, he called to let us know it had arrived and came out to install it. I would use this service again, and was extremely happy with the outcome at a reasonable cost.

The did repair the unit but not in the time stated. We were told they could come the same day at a certain time but ended up showing up after 6pm in the evening. We were then told they would be back between 10am and noon the next day but the did not show up until after 6pm again. We let them know this was a small property so the office closes at 5pm. If they could not do the work timely we would have just chosen another company who we thought could do the work. The air conditioner was eventually repaired and the tenant is happy but timing was everything for us.
