Called Roscoe yesterday and he said he would be out this morning to check my A/C. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and was attentive and courteous as I explained my problem. He checked things out and determined I didn't need any repair at all. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and didn't push any service plans. Very nice young man who was very professional and said he would e-mail me this fall to remind me of scheduling a time for Accolade to come check out my furnace before winter hits. He said my problem may be a slow leak and to just call when I notice the A/C isn't working down the road.
