Sears did a wonderful job of explaining everything when they came to do the quote. They really took their time with me. I appreciated that. They scheduled the install right away and the people who did the actual install were very professional and wallked me through how everything worked. I was impressed. The first company, came to give me a quote, the gentleman needed to get some information from the electrician to complete the quote and was going to get back to me and I never heard from them again. Sears was on the ball, returned my calls promptly and were very professional and friendly. They have a real good handle on how to provide customer service which is something that has been lacking in today's society.

Mike was responsive, on time, and saved me money. He had an electrician to recommend who was also very responsisve, and had fair rates. Mike's 20 plus years experience was obvious in his knowledge. Although he is not "a computer guy," he also was able to provide many references of happy customers.
