Purcella will call you back before you even call them. After my initial call, I had someone out giving me a quote for a new air conditioner within hours. Their prices were pretty much unbeatable and installation was set up for only a few days out. There were a few issues during the installation since my furnace is oversized and the room for the coil was not exactly ideal, but they spent the time to ensure it was done right, and more importantly, that I was happy.
I did need to call them back a couple of times for very minor items and they were super responsive every time.
