Very skilled and knowledgeable about the operation of equipment. The technician worked quickly and installed a new air-conditioning system in less than 24 hours. The AC system worked correctly the first time. He was pleasant to work with and could be trusted to have access to our home. In the end, ASTRAL provided a great value for equipment and installation.

They did a very good job on installing he heating and a/c. An engineer evaluated the look of the system afterwards and suggested we do a few minor things prevent what he thought would be a potential condensation drip, as well as add alittle tape to another area. Not a big deal at all. The only thing I would have liked to know about earlier is that the concrete slab the old unit rests on was sloped, so that when the new AC unit was placed on a mounting platform above the concrete, they wouldn't of needed to raise the back end of the support to keep the unit flush. All in all, we're pleased.
