Scott came to the house within 48 hours to assess the work site and give an estimate. The installation team showed up promptly as scheduled and worked tirelessly throughout the day. They did a good job of quality assurance and double checked each other's work. In addition, other installation and service members were available througout the day to assist wherever needed and provide me with information about the system. Professional job, well done.

Rather than annoy me with several calls from people who could barely read/speak English (as did Sears), Darrin at Brennan called me directly and asked a few questions about my needs and expectations and recommended a different solution. Sears kept pestering me to re-sched an appointment when I said very clearly that I wished to cancel outright.
