Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System in 81505
Told me my replacement part would be in town on Monday(20th) following the weekend, then it was Tuesday (21st), then it became Wednesday (22nd), then it became the following Monday (27th). They obviously dont have communication with the company they order the replacement parts from because everytime I check the status the answer I get is I do not know when. The technician was good at troubleshooting but getting the part when they said they would be getting it is not good especially when you tell the customer a certain day.
