Abell's One Hour Heating & AC was very thorough and responsive.
They worked with us on every question we had and they were open to suggestions. They explained the importance of calculating the load to ensure the AC system would perform to expectations. We even added improving the efficiency of our 35 year old boiler with a new high efficiency boiler then tying the two systems together, AC/Heat pump with the new boiler, to allow a hybrid heating solution.
It has been a pleasure working with Abell's and the installation should happen within the next week or two.

Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System in 02072
They came a day earlier than scheduled (after calling first) which was nice to get it done but I had wanted them to come Friday so my husband could be home. Overall, service was professional but once the cooling season really starts we will see if the a/c is working well. Last summer it was not cooling the house but Ken said everything looked fine.
