Very professional and personable. They were able to set us up for installation very quickly. They were careful with our furniture and rooms. Cleaned up daily and put floor coverings and furniture coverings. When confronted with problem areas they were able to solve the problem without causing delay. Took care of paperwork, permits, electricians and inspectors in a very timely manner. Great explanations about programming our system which we are absolutely enjoying without any problems. Sears did a wonderful job of explaining everything when they came to do the quote. They really took their time with me. I appreciated that. They scheduled the install right away and the people who did the actual install were very professional and wallked me through how everything worked. I was impressed. The first company, came to give me a quote, the gentleman needed to get some information from the electrician to complete the quote and was going to get back to me and I never heard from them again. Sears was on the ball, returned my calls promptly and were very professional and friendly. They have a real good handle on how to provide customer service which is something that has been lacking in today's society.
