They responded quickly to my call, set up an appointment immediately and arrived on time for the job. The estimate that I received was well within expected price range and the service was excellent. The service man explained thoroughly the process and also explained how to get the most years from my air conditioner. He did not try to sell me a new air conditioner. Another quote I received from a competitor was at twice and seemed as if they were telling me the air conditioner was not in good condition etc. I highly recommend Preferred Plumbing based on price, service and level of knowledge.

Pasley came in with the best bid for the highest effeciency equipment. His installer was excellent, left a clean area and did a very professional job. About a week after the installatin in my home we had a problem with the A/C unit in our rental, Kyle was in the area and dropped in to take a look. It was a simple fix with a $5 part and he refused to charge me for it. It woudl have cost me at least $75 for someone else to come out and look at it. I highly recommend Foster and Pasley Air.
