I had all four of the Service Magic recommended vendors come out to give me prices. Jim Johnson was the Enhanced Heating & Air salesperson that gave me my price. The thing that impressed me most was that Jim took the time, not only to ask me about what items I wanted, but gave me options and ideas that none of the other vendors gave me. For example, one of the items we talked about was getting a new hot water heater. Jim asked me about the size, the amount of btu's I wanted (he gave me options and explained what the options meant), and asked if I wanted to run a pvc pipe into my French drain in case the hot water heater leaked. No other vendor asked me any of those questions. Jim gave me various options for everything I wanted a price on and was honest about whether or not I needed specific options. In the end, we got a new furnace, air conditioning unit, air cleaner, and hot water heater from Jim. Jim even told me about getting a rebate from the State of Delaware, something none of the other vendors explained to me. Jim told me that when he looks at a job, he looks at it as if it was his own home. His professionalism and honestly were refreshing and assuring since you never know what you are getting when dealing with contractors. Even better was that their bid was thousands less than any of the other vendors. Once the bid was accepted, Enhanced came out one week later and installed the whole system in 1 1/2 days. Their installers, Russ & Matt, were quiet, efficient, neat, and knowledable. After they finished the job, Russ went over how the system worked. Jim followed up later that day after Russ and Matt finished. I would definitely use them again and HIGHLY recommend them! I checked the "Very Good
