We had a very odd problem with our ac unit...the last contractor we hired performed a make-shift repair and the problem was not immediately obvious to us or to the guy from R&M....He made some ajustments ealry in the afternoon, and the problem reoccured around 11pm the same day. We called the number on his buisiness card expecting a voicemail service to answer, but instead it was the techs personal cel phone...he was at our house 20min later and didnt leave until our ac was running, which was so important to us because we had a newborn son at home. I was SO impressed with Rutty and Morris, they are truly a dying breed of service men.

I would highly recomend them. He came in my house and was very kind and also knew what he was doing. He had me up and running in no time at all and also knew immedently what my problem was. I have never had anyone to do to find out so fast. It has been so hot here I was so glad not to have to sleep in the heat that night. I would also call them again.
