I hired this company to do my AC replacement because I got useful information up front, full answers to all questions later, and a helpful reconfiguration for the well planned installation. All four workers involved were courteous, clean, professional and efficient -- finishing ahead of schedule except for one small item left off their van which they will return to add (and which they wrote onto the bill). I got no surprises, just great extras such as being able to get the full tax credit by picking an efficient heat pump over AC, making it cost less than AC alone, and getting a money saving furnace economizer for no extra charge. They were great. Job was done efficiently and on time (better than on-time, actually). Price quoted upfront was exactly what I paint in spite of an upgrade on the furnace (due to unavailability of the intended model at the time of service). Everything was explained and the group who did the work were polite, considerate and left everything clean and neat behind the job.
