The salesman who came to our home was knowlegeable and told us they could install standard air conditioning in our home. No high pressure sales! Installation took about 1 week and all of the installers were very curtious to us and my mother -in-law who lives with us. They cleaned up after themselves every afternoon and when job was complete. Three time a service man had to return for some minor fixes, but each time we called, we had a service man within 1 day. After theses initial service calls there has been no other complaints. We felt that the pricing was fair too.
