They contacted me immediately and set up a convenient appt. After coming out to start my job, it turned out to be a little more complicated than either of us had expected. After that, we set a second appt., however, they had to cancel and could not come back to finish my job for a week. The secretary did follow up with me several times to make sure that the job was completed to my satisfaction.
